Charles is a visionary who controls the day-to-day operations for the company. In addition to coordinating executive policies and procedures of the CFO and Vice Presidents of the company, he directs all financial, marketing and human resource initiatives. Mr. Garcia understands the market conditions at a perspective of five years into the future and positions the company’s executive staff and financial strength for success. Charles is also responsible for day to day operational activities concerning construction work, including establishing and maintaining current systems and processes in regards to project management and developing cost structure and scheduling systems.
