Garcia Construction Group, Inc. served as General Contractor in the project team for the construction of Eli Lilly & Company’s first 25,000 sf. downtown Indianapolis Child Care Center. “Child Care I” as it is known, was a successful project for GCG because the project team was brought together early on in the design stage, so that potential schedule delays could be identified and averted throughout the process.
